book of minutes

hello
could someone please tell me what happens if my partner did not show me the account books and book of minutes for 4 years. not until I got a lawyer.

the book of minutes has never been signed,now that I sold my half of the company to my parners daughter and her notary asked me to sign the book of minutes that I have never seen.
could you please tell me what is the best thing to do
