??? :-[ that about sums my feelings these days.
I went into business with a family member of mine. Now we have both gone our separte ways as of sept.1 2003.
I have lots of problems with this whole Partnership.
The company we start is a staffing service for company that need to pull out of jams and we get them running like they were at full staff.
First thing is we are suppose to get paid for the company we did the service for, but that company claims the Invoice we sent them is not valid, they claim I have added to much money and I am over charging them buy four hundred dollars. I try to explain to the company that their supervisor agreed to the hours workered according to the work order. I have not change any of the Hours worker from either the customer copies and our copies.
We should have the same hours of service and workers name. We do, but they don't add up to what i got. I am going tomrrow to settle any of my doubts and any of the company's doubts aswell.
My main concern is closing down the business and also getting the last pay check we earn together as a partnership business.
My partner's husband is illegal here in Canada, he does not have any work perment but some how he managed to get a contract on the side with out my consent. I never actually hired him because first of all he is illegal without a work perment and second because it could be very risky carrying that illegal employee on. I did however said if you want you could see how things are done. He took that as me saying " come and supervise these people for me...." see his wife my family member said if she not there then he would be represent her as if she ewas there........... So far I can only write this much but more to come tomorrow night. So if you are getting into this REAL LIFE SPYDER WEB I got part 2 and part 3 and part 4 coming your way. Tomorrow I will see a lawyer. A marriage lawyer is the only person close to me that I know and he also knows the couple and knows first hand how the husband can think he is someone else when he is around. You can aways see his eveil intention. My next 3 parts to my Horror story is still to come so please stay tuned . I'm eager to hear all of your opinions.
