| Vacation Pay Fairness OK, my company (a very small company who often dont know what they are doing) closes for all the major holidays, however if the holiday falls on your normal scheduled day off, you dont get to take another day, (which, with most companies you do). For example, my boss has fri and sat off, i have sun and mon. Christmas, and christmas eve fell on a sun and mon, so she got fri-mon off (paid) and i just got my sun & mon. most holidays fall on a mon and i feel im getting rooked!!! im in California state so does anyone know if there is a state law that says this is wrong????
