Respected Sir/Madam,

Here i am requesting to answer my question. My question is : Why is Saloman v Saloman & Co Ltd considered such an important case in company law? How would Australian business be different if the Court of Appeal's decision had not been overturned by the House of Lords?

Sorry about 10 people every 3 months come here wanting that exact same answer, if you actually search this site you most likely will find it, since at first before we realised it was home work we actually answered it.

But to be honest if you just do a google search or yahoo search you will also find that info
