Ahha i have a secret ingrediant lol sliced boiled eggs in the middle layer no thrils in making up the meat sauce or the cheese one but i do prefer to make my own cheese sauce as its never so runny and vile then i like the lasagne to stand tall and proud if you get my drift lol

Sometimes I add a layer of chopped spinach mixed with ricotta cheese.
