Ingredients:

1 sheet frozen puff pastry,

package Pepperidge Farm Puff
Pastry Sheets works well)
1 cup whipped cream cheese
1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup fresh raspberries

cooking spray
12-muffin pan

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Grease muffin pan with cooking
spray.

Sprinkle large wooden (or
marble) cutting board with some
flour.

Place puff pastry in the middle of
the board.

Roll with rolling pin out to make
a 16 x 12 inches rectangle.

Cut puff pastry into 3 equal
strips (4-inches in width and
16-inches in length), lengthwise.
Cut each strip into 4-inch equal
squares.

Place each square over muffin

pastry down into cup, creating a
"cup" out of puff pastry.

Place cream cheese into
medium bowl. Add confectioner's
sugar. Mix well.

Here's one that my family just loves. It came about one night when we had "nothing good to eat" It's really simple and good. It doesn't have a fancy name or anything we just call it "meat bean casserole"

1lb browned hamburger/turkey meat
1 large can of cut green beans-drained
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 can of french fried onions
1-2 oz of shredded cheese
about a 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
Original Ms.Dash

This is all done on the stovetop..NO baking!! yay!

Brown and drain the meat
In a large skillet over a medium flame mix together the browned meat, drained green beans, cream of celery soup, about half the f/f onions, and the 1/4milk. Sprinkle the Ms. Dash over the top. Mix it together nice and good. If it looks like it needs more milk then add more, if it looks too soupy then add more onions. Heat it up for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. When everything is warm you can add more f/f onions on top if you want then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and let melt a little bit then serve. Makes 6 servings

Green Beans Marsala

My own personal recipe! I actually made it up myself!

In a Wok or large skillet, saute some chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil, until onion is transparent. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Stir fry fresh or frozen green beans (add more oil if necessary)... you want them still crisp.

Add onion and garlic mixture back into beans during the last few seconds of stir fry.

Just before you take them off the heat, pour in a half cup or so of dry Marsala (or Saki)

Serve with sea salt.

I don't eat green beans any other way now!

I tried a new recipe from the Whole Foods Store tonight and it was delicious.
I can black beans, mash with a fork
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
oregano, garlic powder, basil, salt and pepper, Tobasco sauce, to taste.
Put some oil in a frying pan and heat to medium
Make burgers from the bean mixture
Fry until crispy brown on both sides. About 5 minutes on each side.
Serve on whole wheat hamburger buns with lettuce, tomatoe slices and red onion.
