Grill them and then put a slice of peeled apple on top and a sprinkle of cheese return to the grill untill the cheese is golden and serve with your choice of veg or salad.

Us too-we always have apples and always have cheese. We all love cheese around here. It seems like I am always cooking something that involves cheese or we just add cheese. And if I don't have an apple when I want it I get cranky and have to go buy some no matter what time it is.
