I will still be fine by Christmas Day. On Thanksgiving I bought a ham on Wednesday and Cooked in Saturday and it was very good. 4 days isn't going to hurt. If you are to worried then stick it in the freezer and then put it in the refrigerator the day before you cook it.

Most likely, yes. It's always a good idea to double check the expiration date though. I work in a grocery store, and the hams we get have expiration dates that are usually at least a month out, and are usually sold within a week of us receiving them. 4 days should be fine

My mum always buys her Christmas ham a week before Christmas and we are still eating it for a week or two afterwards.

When ham goes bad it either goes slimy or gets salt crystals forming on the skin.

That ham will be just fine.

    I hope you enjoy it.

    Have a great Holiday!

    Hi, ksalvatorelli!

It should be just fine. As has already been mentioned, please do check the expiration date.

    Thanks!
