Converting plain flour to self raising

G'day,
Just wondering if anyone out there knows the ratio of plain flour to raising agent to convert it to self rasing flour,

Here's the most common recipe:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Store in tightly lidded container
