I bought the Instead Menstrual Cups but I am having problems inserting them. I think I found my cervix (I inserted my middle finger as far back as possible and felt a little knob like thing). My question is when I insert the cup should the ring go around my cervix? Please help Thank you

Can styrofoam be used as insulation? A coworker is building a house and asked if I would find out for him. I guess this styrofoam was originally used in packaging around exercise equipment. He wants to break it up and put it in the walls or ceiling. Thanks guys!
