    Peel back tile
    Trying to replace tile in a mobile home, not having any luck with the peel back tiles sticking to the particle wood! Any suggestions

    Make sure the surface is completely clean and free of moisture. For best results, I would recommend the use of glue down vinyl.

    Yep, glue down works better but if you already own the tile you new to prime the wood. Look in the same aisle where you found the tile. Peel and press needs 2-3 coats of primer on the floor before installing on wood.

    Yep you do need to prime it, as for partical board, I'm not a fan of that for those type floors id suggest using 1/4 ply and stapling it down. I know it sticks to that cause that what I use. Also the ply I'm talking about is fairly cheap, at $10 a sheet. Good luck

    I just reread my post and did not make it clear what primer I am talking about. I use some stuff made by Sentinal called an All-Purpose Adhesive primer, looks like mild but dries clear.
