Garage floor leveling

The garage floor in our condo has been leveled twice and it still not up to the original height. The association wants to have a third company pump more material in, but I am concerned about the pressure it could be putting on the foundation surrounding the garage. Additionally, I am unsure if damage could be done to the floor drain by continually pumping material into the holes drilled in the floor. Any concrete experts have an opinion on this?
