New Roof

How much does it usually cost to replace a new roof on a single family brick bungalow home?

We would need to know the square footage of the entire roof. The length and width of the house won't do it, we need the pitch too. You are probably in the $3000 ballpark

I agree we need to know the sq footage of the roof. I got mine done on a 200 sq ft home and it will cost between 10-15K. Shingles are very expensive.
