French Doors won't open/close properly

The bottom of the door "scrapes" the bottom (wood of the frame) when opening and closing. If you "lift up" the door while opening it the door swings freely. I tried the a screw in the bottom of the door..did not resolve. The frame is pretty solid. It appears to be sagging from the jams?? It is only off by a hair but it does stick unless you lift??? Any easy suggestions short of removing door?
