| Zhandyman - I would put them(THE REBAR ) at least 12" apart each way.. R8dr421f - Was right on the type of concrete to use , I have used it a lot of times and it is really good. make sure that your back fill is compacted really good , If you can the best kind is ( RED SAND WITH SOME DIRT , It compacted good , another way is to wet it down good for a few times, Useing rebar plus the fibermesh concrete you should not have to put the extra pot holes unless you want to . For the first 24 hrs good to keep water on the concrete ,while its in its first part of cureing, thats after it has set up and finished (Oh HOLD THE REBAR BACK FROM THE EDGES AT LEAST 2" to 3" from the edges) Good Luck & GOD BLESS:::: F.B.E. |
