Front Door clerance

I wnat to install interlocking stone to My front door. I would like to lay the stone as high as possible. Is there a building code for the minimun clearance between the stone and the bottom of the door?

Yes there is. If the door swings outward it's one measurement. If the door swings inwards it's a different measurement. Check with your local building codes as each state is different.
