Fixing a Concrete Porch

I have a Front Porch on a House built 5 years ago. The Porch is Bricked on the Outside with Concrete Slabs. The concrete was partition into 3 Sections. The end Section has sunk at least 3/4" of an inch from the Brick. The next section has sunk also but not as bad. Is it best to bust up the Sunken Section, add more gravel to the base and repour the Section. or can concrete be added on top of the existing slab to even it out.
