IM GETTING 24 SHEETS

JUST MUTILPLY THE 12 X 20 = 240 DIVIDED BY 32 = 7.5
12 X 12 = 144 dIVIDED BY 32 = 4.5

You have 8FT ceilings and 8FT sheets. Take the linear length of the walls, add them up, and divide by 4... 12+12+20+20= 64 / 4 = 16 sheets. You'll have some left over when you cut holes for your windows and doors.
