Do I need to saw cut my concrete pad if I used both rebar and fiber mesh?

How large is the slab, like maybe a two car garage? Cutting into quarters is a good idea. Rebar or not it will eventually crack and the saw cuts give it a chance to make a clean line and releave the stress evenly.
