Was there a concrete foundation poured under the porch, if you have had an alful lot of rain latly, the porch is settling (sinking ) into the ground and WILL keep on sinking every time you have a good rain fall. THe way a porch is built (should be) is you pour your footings, uslly 18" widex no less then 12" deep. Keep in mind what the frost line is in your local ,check with a building contractor or talk to city hall in permit section, Now back to porch, after footing is set ,they use concrete blocks 8"x" up to a certin hight, then after blocks have set they set fiorms up around the porch perimter and pour the porch concrete. If this was not done the only thing you can do is dig under about 3' sections and pour concrete footing under it . Do the first 3' skip down about 4' do same thing ,and so on until you have footing under each end and down front. IF not this way, then tear the whole porch out and start over. Or keep caulking between brick and porch . SOrry I could not Give YOU better conmet good luck, Have a building contractor to come look at it . Usely they don't charge to tell you what they think ::::
