The quick answer is Yep, but it depends on the use you are going to put it to.
Normally pressure treated wood is used in external construction and so your choice of paint is dictated by the prevailing conditions.

RickJ agrees: Right. Paint it with a quality exterior paint. We do it all the time.
MOWERMAN2468 agrees: this is correct, however, some suggest waiting one year before painting.

You can paint it but it will not last very long. Maybe 1 to 2 years, particuarly in areas that are in direct sunlight.

I agree with Harold on this. Short answer, yes you can paint it but you'll likely regret it. The older the PT wood is the better for holding paint. When I build decks and pull my own lumber they are frequently still wet with the treatment so paint is out of the question. Thompsons makse a Wood Waterproofer Plus Wood Protector that can carry a tint but it only comes in a bout 3 hades. This stuff works on treated lumber but even then you should wait a full season. http://paint-and-supplies.hardwarestore.com/60-351-wood-preserver/thompson''s-water-seal-waterproof-plus-clear-wood-protector-103217.aspx
