I have a acer laptop and when I try to press the question mark button this é comes up how can I make that go away so I can use the question mark

You may like to try theAcer Support Website. But by yourself, it can get complicated. You may need to go all the way into some deep files, but possibly not. I would try the Acer Support Site first.
