Wrong address on email

There's a place where it says "history, today, Monday, etc. How can I delete that
daily?

When I send an email to several people and one of the emails is said to be wrong
(damien mailer), does that email still get sent with the other people on it?

Without knowing exactly what software you're using to send mail, try highlighting it and pressing the delete key.

Generally, yes, and you should have a sent items folder somewhere that you can look in and see what was sent, or an outbox that still contains things that weren't sent.
