Where's the cookies ?

Hi,

I am trying to log into my pay pal account for the first time. It says my browser has to accept cookies???

Can somebody let me know...where are the cookies? I thought it was a bad thing to allow.

To view or modify cookies settings, follow these steps:
1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Security tab.
2. Click the Web content zone you want, and then click Custom Level.
3. Under Cookies, click the options you want, click OK, and then click OK.

ive had my name cookie since i was about 14 i was on the CB radio in england and its just followed me all these years so when i got the net i thought why not use it
