Hi,

I am totally computer illiterate. Unfortunately my computer literate husband who did everything for me has died. So I have somehow destroyed my desktop. Forget that. But my laptop was okay until I decided for some unknown reason to delete google and firefox. The outcome was that I cannot click on a link in an outlook mail message. I added google back, mostly, I think. But when I click on a link, it says something like" the google desktop search installer in already running" and I get a nasty sound and that is that. Any help would be most appreciated.
