what is del key?

is it the same as delete key?? sorry, newbie.

Hello,

It sounds like you are using a Macintosh computer, but I'm not sure. Whether or not, the small square "Del" above your arrow keys will delete the character after the cursor, as the Delete key (or backspace key) above your enter button will delete the character before. The "Del" key (above your arrow keys) can also be used to delete files when they are selected.

If you open a Word Processer and type some things and mess around with the two different buttons, you will see the difference between them.
