Have you tried clearing your cache and trying again.
A good tool for this, as well as generally remove other rubbish from your system is CCleaner.
If Free and very esy to use.

Hi,
If you clear out your cookies, history, URL's etc, with ccleaner and it still doesn't solve the issue, then you might try reinstalling Internet Explorer, if you use Internet Explorer.
Try this:
Go to Start/Find or Search, then type in IE6SETUP.EXE and click Search.
When it finds it, left double click on the file, starting the Installation Wizard. Click Next, then click "Yes" to reinstall. Click on the Custom Installation, then left click on "Internet Explorer". It will be in bold, but click on anyway. Keep going, re-boot, and it will reinstall.
Might help, but not absolutely sure. Best of luck.
