Go to "Tools" and scroll down to "Internet Options" and then click on "Privacy Options" which allows you to control the settings for cookies. Adjust the setting (from the highest which blocks all cookies to the lowest which accepts all cookies). Then click "apply" down at the bottom and "okay", which should get done what you want.
