Why is this site so slow?
I like the fact that it looks like the now defunct AskMe.com but it sure seems to lack the popularity

How long has this site been here?

Since you've posted your "question" in Computers for Beginners, I can only assume you're speaking of the speed in which the pages, on this site, are loading.

It would depend on what sort of connection you have; dial-up, DSL, cable...each being faster than the previous one.

Please clarify your question, and, perhaps, someone can be of more help...unless your "question" is strictly rhetorical, in which case, I don't think anyone can help.
