    how do I solve..


    5cy-d=4d-cy, solve for y?

    I think the answe is y=5d/6c (Note: This way not be correct)
    I tried to do this the best I can on here trying to show all work

    This is how I got it:

    5cy-d=4d-cy
    +d +d

    5cy=5d-cy
    +cy +cy

    6cy=5d
    --- --- (--- is suppose to be my fraction line)
    6c 6c

    y=5d/6c
