Rundll error at start-up

My computer was recently infected with a malware virus. I used Superantispyware software to remove the trojan/virus. after the infected files were found and removed/quarantined and I am now receiving a rundll error everytime I turn on computer

Error Message: Error Loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\klyysbg.dll The specified module could not be found.

Can someone please tell me how to correct this?

Thanks
