Receiving Faxes On Windows XP

Greetings!

I have had my system (windows XP Home) set up to receive faxes for quite a while now, with no problems whatsoever. (This really helps to cut out all those junk faxes printing out on a regular fax machine!!)

For web access I have DSL. The same phone line is shared for the two services, with a DSL filter on the fax.

Recently I have started to receive only partial faxes - maybe 3 pages out of 4 sent! This does not happen all the time, probably 80% of the time, and so far only from the same sender. The sender tells me however, that he is not having this problem with anyone else he is faxing to.

Any suggestions/help/advice/comments?

Blessings!

Albert

if u r receiving faxes from many ppl and not having any problems with them, just this one sender, then i dont care what he says, the problem is on his end.
