WHEN I OPEN AN EMAIL UP SOME OF THEM WONT PLAY IT LOOKS LIKE ITS GOING TO START PLAYING BUT THEN IT SAYS THIS...

SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE STEP BY STEP THOUGH I REALLY DONT KNOW A WHOLE LOT ABOUT COMPUTERS AND WHERE TO LOCATE ANYTHING HELP PLEASE THANKS

Corrupted files - May be ! but rebooting PC doesn't help atall
