microsoft critical sytem error

I am having a problem with a game i have recently dowloaded. The game is voyage century online and it is an mmorpg but when playing it while loading a city or a ship a message comes up that says "Microsoft has encounterd a critical sytem error and recoverd. Reboot your computer to resume full functionality." and then the game closes and the screen and icons turn a light green color and i have to reboot my computer. I dont know how to fix this but its extremely annoying and if anyone can help me do.

If this occurs during loading, you may not have enough virtual memory or enough RAM. What are your PC specs.?

Your video card may not be up to the task of displaying the game graphics. Play at the lowest possible graphics quality. If the PC still crashes, then its probably not the video card.

It could be an overheating problem. Open the computer case, clean out all the dust from the fans, around the hard drive, the CPU, the power supply, etc. With the case still opened, turn on the PC, make sure all the fans are spinning. Run the game again at the lowest graphics quality. If the PC still crashes, then it may be something else.

Disable all other programs running in the background including anti-virus, messenger, etc. Try playing again at the lowest graphics quality.

Make sure all your drivers are up to date, especially the video card and the sound card.

These are a few quick check solutions that come to mind. If you can explain in detail whats happening, we may be able to help you further.
