My snmaster.idx file is missing.
I deleted my snmaster.idx file accidentally. I need to find out how I find it online and download it.

have you check to see if it is still in your recyle bin? if not sure, open windows explorer and the last item listed on the left side in the left column should be the recycle bin - click on it and if you see the file you deleted, right click on it and choose restore
