im having major keyboard issues (which is why i wont be able to use a lot of punctuation) to use lower case letters i have to turn caps lock on and even then ifi try to use the keys with punctuation stuff its like im holding down the shift key> (like i get that thing instead of a period) and if i turn caps lock off I GET ALL CAPS and when i click on links that would normally just take me to another part of a website it keeps opening in a new window instead so far the only way ive been able to fix it is to restart my computer but its starting to do this rather frequently and its a major inconvenience when im working on stuff anyone know how to fix it im on a laptop btw

Sounds like you have a stuck Shift key...tap each one of them a few times to see if that helps.
