Hi there

The answer is simple. You are using a laptop right?

On you keyboard you will notice that on the "O" key there is a number "6" in a different color.
The problem is that the user account that is giving the problems is activating "NumLock" on startup.

Find the "Fn" key (Function), close of the space bar in the same color as the 6 on the O key.
Find the NumLock key also the same color.
Now press the Fn key + Numlock key simultaneously and the problems should be solved.
