my key-board continues typing without stoping

When i am typing a message, my key-board continues rpeating the last letter without stopping. after typing several sentences.
I have to pouse it by using
backspaceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee=like it is happening now
using backspace several times deletes my message. I am now typing very slowly to get this message.
Then it sudenly stops typing.
I hve to restart my computer to begin again.
Whgat could be the problem, can some-one please help me?

Your keys in the keybord are sticking. Try and get a new keybord.

Your keyboard is stuck, try another keyboard.
