Transferring Contacts to Favourites list in Hotmail

Transferring Contacts to Favourites list in Hotmail

When I open up Hotmail there is a list of my contacts on the L.H.S. When I reply to an email a list Favourite Contacts opens on the R.H.S.
How can I transfer names from Contacts List to Favourites List?
