Incredimail and yahoo

Please help me in what to do. I have installed Incredimail and i have an yahoo account but it will not send or recieve my mail. Says Authorization failed: #57. I have tried everything. No help from either of them.

Thats easy. Inless u pay for an email account u can not use it for incredimail. I tried and researched it my self.
