how do I get the sound system

Check to see if the sound card is properly recognized by the PC.
Go to Control Panel - System - Hardware - Device Manager - Sound, video, and game controllers
to make sure it shows the devices and drivers something like the attached image.

but, nothing happens...

please help me solve the problem!

I still cannot get the sound on my computer!

the sound system is ALWAYS on mute...

I don't know why...

please help me on this.

It may need reinstalling.
Go to your computer manufactures web site and down load the required driver.

Also make sure nothing is muted or turned down really low.

so, do I simply have to log in to web site of window xp and down load the sound soft then??
