In I.E. 5,6,7,8 right click on web page you want to save, click on favorites

In Firefox, right click on web page you want to save, click on Bookmarks

In Chrome, click on star at beggining of adress bar, click on close.

In all three you can save to an existing folder or create a new one.

You do it the same way you copy or move something to any other location. Open My Computer or Explorer and drag it to the partition you want it on. Or right-click and drag so you're sure you have control over whether you want to do a copy or a move.
