Error parsing voucher

Using W98SE with Adobe 6.0.1/.2/.3...
Did some downloads on the weekend and now every time I start up I get a box from the Adobe Download Manager that says "Download cannot continue. Error parsing voucher."

The options are close and quit, either of which get rid of the box, but it just comes back on the next startup.

I would go into Add/Remove programs and remove the Adobe Download manager. Problem solved. But then again I am on high-speed internet and have no real use for a service that will carry on my downloads from where it left off.

Adobe

Hi,
I also use Win98SE, but stick to Adobe 5.
Win98SE is very "funny" when it comes to Adobe. Even the website for Adobe Reader, Download Manager, etc, says certain versions are not for win98/98se.
I would follow the advice given by another and remove it from Add/Remove Programs. You might also have to do a little manual removing as well.
But, if you wish to try something first, here is a link explaining how to, possibly, fix the problem: (deals with your error message)

http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/324057.html

Best of luck.
