emachines t3120 drivers.

I reconfigured an emachines t3120 desktop but now the sound does not work, it needs also video drivers and it does not recognize the network card. I tried downloading the drivers that were available from emachines for this computer, but none of them work either. What can i do now? i would appreciate some help on this issue. thank you
