down loading adobe accrobat

Hi!!
adobe reader down load manager version 9.2 does not down load.
When down loading it stops at 90% ( optimise) and 75% at down load progress bar.
Therefore i cannot get printing documents from PDF.
Anysolutions pleasse??

Uninstall the Download manager, uninstall Adobe Reader, install Foxit: Foxit Software - Foxit Reader 3.0 for Windows

I haave loaded foxit reader which i picked up from the answer rom "SEAHAWK 83" who supplied the answer to another person from the thread.
it works ok. thank you very much.
