Display Driver Stopped Responding

for sometime, i recieve this message
1.Display Driver Stopped Responding
the ati2dvaa display driver has stopped working normally.save your work and reboot the system...
and then pixels was decrased!(like safe mode)
2.furthermore my computer regularly restart when it reboot!!
please tell me reason of these action??

Try reinstalling the driver. its alos possible your video card is dying and needs to be replaced.

what is your intention by video card?is it the same Graphic card?

yes Video card, video adapter, Graphics adapter, graphics card are all interchangeable terms.
