Howto delete a folder which is open in another program.And how to find this program and to close it,

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone elses. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Second, I'm not sure I understand your question. Folders are not opened by programs, only files are.

But the Unlocker utility does seem to be what you are looking for.

I agree with the UNLOCKER. Although do you know what sort of folder/files they are. What program is using them? If it's something you downloaded then OK but just wondering if it's maybe a little bit more important.

First you should try to close program before deleting folder..
Other option is you should login in SAFE MODE.. and then try deleting folder.
You can find the program from task manager and you can close from there by right clicking and choosing close process option.
