When you go the "Docments and Settings" there will be several folders, "Administrator", "Default user", "All User" and then "YOUR USERNAME" and anybody elses that has an account.

Make sure you select YOUR user account name.

To delete cookies, history and any temporary files go to control panel, internet options and it will have the option to delete all these things. Or if you have internet explorer 7 its part of the web browser, you should have a tools tab in the brower that has a drop down list, on the list, first thing, is delete browsing history.

What site did you go to on who'se computer?
