Computer restarting randomly! Drivers not working? H3LP!

Hello!

My PC keeps restarting randomly, with no error or blue screen.

It happened when I deleted a file once.. Other than that, it was random as far as I can tell.

When I send the error report it says that its a driver problem. I don't see how though because it was fine untill i attached my new router and modem which connects via ethernet so it has no drivers anyway.

Any ideas?

Actually there are drivers, but they are within Windows. Try changing back to your old router or disconnecting from the Internet and see if it happens.

Boot into safe mode. Did Windows load up? Then its most likely a driver problem. Try a system restore located under System Tools.

Did you install any software that came with the modem and router? Don't ! Use safe mode and Uninstall that software, then let Windows use its own drivers.

if system restore doesn't work you may have a loose part in your hardware make sure everything is connected properly before you try system restore again i had that same problem a couple of months ago and i realised that it was because my com shifted and one of my ribbons came loose. hope that helps if it still does the same thing try to reinstall windows
