Changing main page

I recently changed my main page because it was taking so long to come on, it always went to connecting to some site with numbers in lots of six. This other page seems to be working fine so far. Sometimes it would come on to the right page, but got frustrated and changed. Is it possible this site was busy all the time?

Hi,
I gather you speak of your Home Page in your browser. Yes, It is possible it was "busy" by either connection bandwidth or server load.

PS I use 4 different browsers each with their own Home Page (I really use them to test webpages I create.)

How can I keep the same page size when I go on internet. For example, I'm in a web site with full page display, but when I click for one of the pictures or another part of that web site, the page becomes smaller, like half the size. Then I have to enlarge the page every time. Thanks
